Do You Offer Free Shipping?
No. We never run free shipping promotions. Shipping is never actually free. If a website is offering you "free shipping", they are simply marking up the prices of their products in order to cover the shipping charges.
When will my item ship?
All products require 7 - 10 business days to print and manufacture before shipping.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
All orders must be paid for using a credit card or Paypal.
What is your cancellation / return policy?
If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on ByMoorePrints.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - By Moore Prints does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
